"The country life is to be preferred, for there we see the works of God." - William Penn
Originally built in the 1930s and recently updated with modern amenities and improvements, the Equestrian Center is the heart beat of the community. A huge historic cedar and pine barn, riding arena, grand oaks and the long rolling fence lines of black rail fencing frame the countryside setting of Cherokee Farms. Homeowners enjoy this idyllic setting weather they use the the Equestrian Facility or not. You do no not have to be an equestrian enthusiast to enjoy Cherokee Farms and if you do not use the Equestrian Facility you do not pay for it. There are no dues or membership fees associated with the facility, it is privately owned and operated. All the services are 'a la carte' and homeowners enjoy priority services and discounted rates, as the public are also invited to enjoy the facility.
